WHITEFIELD, NH - On June 24-25, 2017 the
Mt. Washington Regional Airport and
Presby Transportation Museum invite community members to join them to celebrate the 5th Annual Tractor Show and Swap Meet and the airport's 70 anniversary. The event has quickly become an annual tradition with over a thousand people attending last year's event. There is no charge for admission or parking, and activities will be offered for all ages.
On Saturday, June 24th attendees can enjoy a variety of activities and exhibits free of charge including; ice cream, a large selection of antique tractors and classic airplanes on display, hay rides, a classic car cruise in, large-scale model railroad, radio control airplane demonstrations, OHRV safety demo rides, OHRV simulator, pedal tractors, children's aviation crafts, and more. Airplane and helicopter rides will be offered for a donation or small fee. Food and craft vendors will be on site offering their products as well. Airport activities will run from 9am-5pm, with tractor show activities running from 8am-3pm.
Once the sun sets, a Hangar Dance will be held from 7:30-10:30pm featuring the music of the Not Your Mother Band. Tickets for the dance cost $15 in advance and $18 on-site, and include light refreshments with beer and wine available for purchase.
On Sunday, June 25 a free pancake breakfast sponsored by the Neil & Louise Tillotson Fund will be held from 8-11am. Activities will be held rain or shine. For more information or to purchase tickets for the Hangar Dance visit:

The
Presby Transportation Museum is home to a collection of antique tractors that are both restored and in the original condition. The museum showcases equipment that was used in New Hampshire's North Country and highlights the rich agricultural history of the region. For more information visit:
